Characteristics
1. Switching function with guide bush/without guide bush
Supports active guide bush and no guide bush mode. In guide bush mode, it is suitable for processing slender workpieces, single feeding length is 300mm, supports multiple feeding, tail length: 180mm ; In the non-guide bush mode, it is suitable for processing short workpieces with a length-to-diameter ratio of less than 1: 2.5 times, which can minimize the tail material. The tail material length is 50mm.
2.Built-in oil-cooled electric spindle
The oil-cooled electric spindle technology from Japan is independently designed and developed to overcome the core problems of the Swiss-type spindle. Compared with other electric spindles of the same power, it has stronger rigidity and torque, and more stable machining accuracy. NSK bearings are used to extend the spindle life and radial stability.
3. Scrap collection tank/large capacity cutting oil tank
The waste chip collection box adopts the method of collecting chips on a separation platform, allowing the cooling oil to undergo preliminary buffer cooling on the chip receiving platform and perform preliminary oil-chip separation; then the oil enters the 250L cutting oil tank from the oil discharge port. The cutting oil tank is equipped with multiple filter screens and oil return baffles to extend the return path and oil-chip separation filtration as much as possible; the oil temperature is fully cooled naturally and the chip foam entering the oil pump is reduced, thereby extending the service life of the oil pump.
4. Workpiece eject method: short parts ejected to the front of the conveyor belt/long parts ejected from the rear of sub spindle
Jianke's full series of dual spindle Swiss CNC Lathe come standard with a collection method of front discharge products. When the length of the workpiece is less than 85mm, the front material receiving box can be used for collection and the product can be sent out through a built-in conveyor belt. When the product length is more than 85mm, the rear discharge method can be selected, and the product is ejected through the center of the sub spindle through a slot on the side sheet metal of the equipment.
5.Sub-spindle deep hole drilling device
The auxiliary shaft is equipped with a bush device, which can be processed synchronously with the main shaft, so that the workpiece and the bush can be rotated and supported synchronously. It can make the deep hole processing accuracy more stable and efficient, and the effective processing stroke is 400mm(main spindle 320mm&sub spindle 80mm).
6.Power tool holder B-axis mechanism
The main spindle has a 0~90° B-axis power mechanism, which can complete the engraving and milling of multiple angle holes or complex contours on the spindle end at one time. The sub-spindle can be equipped with an optional B-axis power mechanism, which can cooperate with the main spindle to complete the engraving and milling of multiple angle holes or complex contours in both directions at one time.

6.Requirements for raw materials in Swiss-type lathe processing of long bars
1. Polished / fine-drawn materials are recommended : Since the longest bar supported by the standard feeder is 3M, the recommended single material length is ≤3M ;
2. The material diameter tolerance consistency is within ± 0.02mm;
3. The roundness tolerance of the material is consistent within 0.005 ~ 0.01mm;
4. Material straightness is required to be within 0.35mm/m;
5. Both ends of all materials need to be chamfered;
6. Some large diameter materials and special-shaped materials need to be turned at the tail to facilitate the clamping of the feeder and entry into the spindle;
7. When the material hardness is higher than HRC 28 , it must be declared in advance.
**The above are the general requirements for raw materials of Swiss-type lathes. The tolerances of materials can be relaxed/tightened according to the actual product precision requirements**
